1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to icuci2. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between you ("User" or "Player") and the icuci2 platform ("Company", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the icuci2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the icuci2 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Registration Eligibility

To register and use the icuci2 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration
• Residing in a region where use of this platform is not prohibited by local law
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not currently undergoing self-exclusion from any gambling platform
• Using your own true and accurate identity and personal information

Icuci2 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Documents that may be requested include a national ID (MyKad), passport, or other valid official documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on icuci2 at all times. This includes accounts registered using the same name, IP address, device, phone number, or payment information.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential

• Report to customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Withdrawal: Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for the deposit. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement is not eligible for withdrawal
• Icuci2 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the selected method

5Bonus & Promotions

Icuci2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated on each offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each player is only eligible to claim each bonus type once unless otherwise stated
• The rollover requirement must be fully met before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Icuci2 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash
• Some games may contribute at different rates toward bonus rollover requirements

Players found abusing the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will forfeit all related bonuses and wins, and risk having their account closed.

6Game Rules

All games available on the icuci2 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently audited by an accredited body. Every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including icuci2 itself.

Players agree to the following rules when using games on icuci2:

• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled — all game outcomes are final
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, wagers will be refunded or settled in accordance with icuci2 policy
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorized assistive tools is strictly prohibited
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game must be strictly observed

Icuci2 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings if there is evidence that the game outcome was affected by a technical error, software failure, or any form of manipulation.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are is strictly prohibited on the icuci2 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening more than one account using the same or different personal information
• Use of bots, automation software, or any tool designed to exploit the gaming system
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Attempts to hack, attack, or disrupt icuci2 systems or servers
• Bonus system abuse including bonus arbitrage and opening multiple accounts
• Providing false or misleading information to the icuci2 team

8Account Suspension & Closure

Icuci2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Incomplete identity verification (KYC) or suspicious information
• Activities suspected of fraud, money laundering, or bot usage
• Requests from legal authorities or regulators
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months

Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting the icuci2 support team. Valid funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe after review, unless the account was closed due to a terms violation.

9Privacy & Data Protection

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence

Under all circumstances, the maximum liability of icuci2 to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited within the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.

11Terms Amendment

Icuci2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

We will endeavour to notify players of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. However, the responsibility to review the Terms periodically rests with the player.
